Tufts is the preeminent program in DIII lacrosse and a top school in the NESCAC, one of the nation's most elite athletic conferences. Tufts has a rich tradition of success, garnering three National Championship Titles and 7 NESCAC Championships in the past 10 years, and consistently sends players to the MLL. Tufts competes on a national level for the best recruits in the country and is ranked along with Division I programs as a top school to play lacrosse.  Led this season by Head Coach Casey D'Annolfo (A04) and Assistant Coaches John Uppgren (A16) and Jon Sax (A16), the team looks to build on it's success in 2017.

Casey D'Annolfo became Head Coach of Tufts Lacrosse in 2016 after 9 seasons as Head Coach at the Taft School.  D'Annolfo is a Tufts graduate of 2004 and three-sport athlete in football, basketball, and lacrosse. During his tenure at Taft, he transformed the program from conference bottom-dweller to 2016 Founders' League Champions, finishing as a nationally ranked Top 20 team. D'Annolfo returns to Tufts as the 15th Head Coach in a long legacy of elite leadership in Tufts Lacrosse.
